Latin Threads

Emiliano Scarf from Latin Threads New to Veridis this summer is a collection of scarves from Oaxaca, Mexico.  These cotton scarves are made of a light-weight, loosely woven, cotton and bear the name of their designer and Zapotec weaver, Emiliano.   It is rare in fashion to have such a direct connection to the person who designs and makes the garments we so enjoy.  Attached to each scarf is the story behind this connection; buying these scarves helps preserve the artistic traditions of this third generation Zapotec weaver.

Note the texture and color variation for each scarf.  These are great summer accessories and will become great layering pieces for fall.  There are many different colors available! Come see them in store (or call to inquire) as they are not currently available online.
